Protect the women, Punish the men
In 1999, Sweden introduced a sex law that punishes men for buying the services of a prostitute. It is legal to be a prostitue but the man who pays for her service is committing an offence. Those who commit this offence would be liable for a 1,000 pounds fine or a six-month sentence in jail.

That isn't the best solution, don't you think? What if the (some of the) prostitutes need the money to support their families and due to the new law and the decrease in income, they turn to drugs and ultimately, suicide?
Ethical dilemma.
