Don't burn that midnight oil!
Sleep is a way for our body to conduct its de-toxification. In fact, the body's detox process starts as early as 9pm! At different periods of time, your body will conduct de-toxification at different area, from the liver to the gall, lungs and colon. We should also eat our breakfast early, preferably 7am-9am, because that is the optimal time for your body to absorb its needed nutrients after the night's de-toxification. So, the secrets to good health are early rest and a hearty,wholesome breakfast! :)
